At this stage, I've played my two selections in race1 and race 2 for an ever so small profit. I don't really see anything further worth backing - jjust watch for the entertainment. - since everything else looks quite close, between a couple.

On Money Earned Torrey Pines is the only one that makes claims at getting out of the maidens - but having racked up form at another centre and another surface, I'm prepared to watch it win without my money aboard- as there are some challenges there. Azkur should be good enough for a place, and The strong support for Holiday Romance last time out - is actually what keeps me out of play here. Tigerlace is the top Merit Rate here and goes off at R8.20 -- nice value there if you can make a case for this one. With 3.00 mins left that value has been snapped up - so really just the entertainment value

Azkur less than 1/2 length below the course median winning mark , but the other two held out some promise - so some times it's as important to avoid a loss as to try for the win.

In the next race the only runner that recommends itself out of the maidens is reminiscience, and after 37 runs that's not about to get me excited. So the rest is all speculative as to which one actually wins. At a better payout I would have been tempted to go with LLANDUDNO top merit rate in the race, and level with the median mark at shorter, should improve over the extra - I am sure last run can be ignored.
