Ma Amour on money earned could exit the maiden ranks, although having run in false paced races, nothing can be garnered from those performances. The money could carry her on to a winning mark - but it's a little dubious. Great Sound is one that really confuses me -- this horse should have exited the maidens a long time ago - but just seems unable to carry it's 1600m performance through over longer - but could surprise - since I have seen very few horses with such a drastic performance curve loss over a simple 400m. and then do we allow the market to brow beat us around the obviously promising Cavalleria. I must mention though that my betting book on beaten odds on favorites next time out is runing at 100% success rate over the past 5 races, that statistic makes it very difficult for me to get involved here --- think Champenois, Boatswaine, Hamtpon Court, River Garden Miss Frankel, and More :)

Cavalleria can win but 8-10 short - going with Serene Countess for places and small wins - Penultimate run was very unlucky

Very Impressive ---! In hindsight, the 8-10 with a 100% record for beaten odds on favourites - extending back many races , was value --- Kick Myself again.

On any other track I would have climbed into Flying Free in the next race - has all the credentials. But this track is something else.

I have Flying Free and Wellspring on a par at this distance category. Flying Free just hints at having more in the tank.

The Shredder will run a big race, and after seeing Flying Free at 5/10 I am going to shout for Wellspring - although that 1.35 length run behind purple diamond in a 600K race , while being severely cramped at the 50m , has to highly recommend this favourite.

Exciting race - FF too much weight, and probably still needing a little --

Not much to say about the rest of the card here - trying to make sense of the HCP's at this track is fruitless - waiting to see how the Chestnut horse goes in the last at Durbanvile.
