Owners Exposed
7 years 7 months ago
The article on JZ exposes what most South Africans know and suspect already. Quite frankly I don't think it even shock's many people when these "gangster" acts are revealed. What I am tired of of are the owners that constantly appear in these stories which is disgraceful and sickening.
I wonder if any trainer has the ethics, moral value and back bone to tell these owners to take their horses else where????
Any trainer who is aware that the owner pays their bills with ill gotten gains is party to the crime in my books.

Absolutly correct Tigershark - I have not read the article but have an idea who you are speaking about . There is another one who is soon going to be exposed in the Durban area ,just a matter of time.

What I do not understand is that all this "fake news" are repeatedly mentioned by known scribes , why does the "named persons " not sue the living daylights out of them and make their intentions public?
A handful of same names are popping up in daily . We all know that our authorities are incapable of investigating , therefor only action left is for individuals to clear names.
Nice human beings ...... etc..... is no longer applicable..... case in point was AvV ,, he received more compliments than Mother Theresa

firstly, i respect both of the posters views..
but i dont think the trainers should shoulder any blame at all.
If you want trust, trust others. If you want respect, respect others. If you want love and peace in your life, give them away. If you want great friends, be one

I posted this awhile back. Link below. Also another owner with numerous horses also was implicated as he owned 50% of the company.

Is racing crooked? No - but almost every crook is in racing.

I have cast the stone and if you have any evidence on anyone then make it known.
I am tired of you constantly passing comments of little or no value like I suppose any armchair critic that is a never has been.
You offer as much value as a Zim dollar at Harrod's.....

Undeniable fact is that unless your surname is De Kock, O'Brien or the like you as a trainer will find it hard to turn down any owner. It's a matter of keeping a business going, plain and simple....
