Probably did the course the world of good, also helped settle all the dry dust about. Track should be 100%

Pls can anyone in coterie confirm if part owner of the fav will grace the HWG Racecourse for the first time to watch his charge contest the Prestigious Race?
As highlighted by someone in a posting, a 3 year old with Met win into the July is exceptional,but weight can hinder!

Massive exotic pool predicted,im hoping HWS will be in the winners enclosure.best chances that sandwiches the main.

On a lighter note congrats to one punting guru Mr G Blanks on securing a part interest in the July and for a positive recovery to Mr D Scotia.

July Days are always messy affairs....Horses from PE, wcp Gtg and all over...Who Knows how Good MY BEST SHOT or even that DANCEWITHME is...Goodluck to all and bet with your head...not your heart!!!! The last 5 years ive always done pretty damn well on GOLD CUP DAY...Simply becoz 80-90% of the horses running tmrw runs than again....mich easier to assess the races.

Race 1_- Dafnes Daughter ran an improved race last time out but will need to produce her best to run into the places. - ⁠Poursomesugaronme has found her best form and is good value if she can overcome her wide gate. Wings of Josephine for a place.  _
Race 2_- Pink Pigeon is a smart filly but has never seen the Poly surface and has a poor draw to overcome. She will have a winning chance under Richard Fourie. - ⁠Princess Hannah is proven on the surface and will be a huge runner.  _
Race 3_- Magic Verse is in terrific form and is not without a chance. - Field Marshal is good value at 10-1.  _
Race 4_- Ahead Of The Facts has very little weight (despite being under sufferance) and is a horse that is far better than his rating suggests. He’ll run a smart race. - Future Swing hasn’t seen the winners box in 420 days but he is going over a trip he loves. He has to be included in all bets. He will be settled in this race and not lead - so expect him to finish strongly. - ⁠Shoot the Rapids has had a great prep and almost won this race last year. Include in all bets.   _
Race 5_- Wild Wild Green takes a big jump in class and will need to produce her very best to run into the money. - ⁠Quickstepgal is improving and is good value. She’s one to follow and the filly to beat.  _
Race 6_- *Malmesbury Missile* has improved tremendously. Serious contender for top honours.  _
Race 7_- Eight On Eighteen is a superstar but there is no certainty in the Durban July. If the race goes his way and he has a clear passage, he’ll take some beating. He is spot on! - ⁠Native Ruler has it all to do from the widest gate but is doing incredibly well. - Okavango is a backward type but a serious sort. He has upset potential. Keep an eye on this one. - ⁠Oriental Charm is the stables main danger.  _
Race 8_- *Double Grand Slam* was hopelessly unlucky last time out and is a possible banker. If she gets a clear passage, she’ll take a power of beating.  _
Race 9_- Great Plains will love this course and distance. Do not leave him out any bets at 12-1! - Royal Aussie needs to find his best form to feature. Blinkers fitted.  _
Race 10_- Get Impressed ran third in this race last year and will run well again. - Rapidash has come well at the right time and should be included. - Underworld has found his best form and will be the one they all have to beat. Great chance!  _
Race 11_- Dawn Till Dusk is a horse that is better than his form and he has winning claims in this field. - Makazole is far better than his recent runs suggest and improvement can be expected. - ⁠Rich Folks Hoax is as honest as they come and looks a nice each-way bet.  _
Race 12_- African Prince will relish the extra trip and improvement is expected. Doing great back home. - ⁠Deception Pass loves the surface and will run a big race from a favourable draw.
