for idiots like me...  when  multi  bets.....  do  NOT   USE ARROW   KEY.................    SCROLL DOWN - that will get u to the BET  BUTTON.

Next mission......   try to  find  the  WATCH  LIVE  RACING   LOGO.

I must be stupid - I can't log in as I don't know my Username (it always logged me in as I switched to WSB) - and guess what, nowhere on the site can you find out your Username - and when I try to register again, I get an error 'ID already exist'

This must be one of the biggest mistakes they have made. 

I was looking for a way to stop, go slow, loss less and find a way to slow down, now WSB has provided me with the answer.

Im so frustrated, so many points to mention:

1. Very slow
2. Very complicated 
3. Cant take doubles and trebles
4. Cant figure out how to convert free play to casino play.
5. Cant see the full spectrum of fields to glance what u want to choose for the day
6. Cant see the results of past races easy

On top of this i called in, sent an email to support at wsb, and have got no feedback. The old platform was amazing and probably the best in the business, now they landed on the worst around

I just placed my bets for tomorrow and after struggling on my phone had to do it on the laptop and took far longer than usual. Its almost impossible to find the soccer you want as you now have to scroll to each country and guess that international games are listed under thier continents or at least thats how it seems. Eventually figured out how to take a multiple again its almost impossible. Why on God's green earth would you want to fix whats working the old site was absolutely perfect. I may as well move to hwb now since its easier to navigate than this bs

Thanks to Bob - WSB support phoned me - and while there must be an easier way to find out your Username (they told me what my Username was); also 'forget pw' does not work (I tried for the OTP to be SMS'ed to my phone number - after which I did not get the SMS) - then I tried to get the OTP via email - and I got the OTP and logged in with the new PW - GREAT 

Probably just me but I find this new site incredibly difficult to navigate. To find my selection of football teams is time consuming. The previous site was simple to find your pics & place your bets.

Hate it. Been so frustrating for me and have spent quite some time trying to navigate the new site . Will rather deal with a rival site now and I have been with WSB for many years

would luv to know how much DOWN - W.S.B. Turnover today ......hhhmmmmmmm

especially on Horse racing.
