NEW W.S.B. Website - Like it or hate it ?

I keep my bets on a spread sheet and today it seems to bets are just missing. Ive checked my statment (which is now almost impossible to do) and cannot find them in settled bets meaning it appears I didn't make a mistake in duplicating a bet and I deposit enough to take each bet the night before and I had nothing left over so im almost certain these bets have disappeared but obviously the call centre wants a ticket number. Has anyone else experienced this?

I can NOT find ALL my previous bets of the day..  I can find a few of them & I take a LOT of A.T.C. yankees,  Trixie, canadian.

It is now IMPOSSIBLE to search ALL of ones bets taken on any day........  utter madness.. I tell u. !!

Change the date and they should appear

Thanks Bob I was changing the date. It appears there is a page 2 but to get to that page on the phone is a miracle. Also the call center couldnt find the bets either perhaps they also have to guess theres a page 2🤣
 

The thing I find most frustrating is having to search for the race venues that are indicated in the Quick mixes.e.g  jpt1qmix names of horses( no indication of venue etc.)previous site indicated this.

I have been knocking this platform and I still dislike it.  I really wish we see some speedy changes as yes it is very frustrating.

What I want to compliment.  The withdrawal process and turn around time is top notch now.

WSB gone to nonsense now .
the new site is crap and service dropped.
gonna use hollywood or betway now .

Dear web designers and decision makers...

Have you seen what a punter can view when they take a yankee or trixie/patent.?  1/3 & 1/4 simply on a ticket will not help any punter. Where is the double and treble showing for x amount you stand to win x .

Guys this should be the basics.

Your site is not as quick to respond when playing horse racing. 

How did you mess up such an amazing platform to being here? (And one has to imagine it has come at a cost to your business for these not punter friendly changes) 

Do you take head of suggestions if perhaps the design team is clueless. 

It is an utter disaster and the most frustrating experience ever. The team that did this should be jailed ,,🤣

No quartet percentages shown, pages reset at random, even simply scrolling horizontally on your phone is no longer a privilege.

You need to hire Jessica Fletcher to find your tote bets in your bet history..which is also hidden somewhere.....they've added so much of unnecessary shit and made the important stuff so difficult/impossible to access.

No doubt that their new app will lead to a significant decline in users.
