I am not sure that is true Elvis, have only seen betting on the Cup ?

Ive had enough of this ameauture outfit now.

They haven't paid out Southwell race 9 from last night and ignore all my support emails and requests.

Betfred works a helluva lot better.

I set a daily deposit limit of R1500. I'm unable to deposit more than R100 or R200 .

When I click on deposit it clearly shows you have used up R100 of R1500 daily limit.

Attempting to deposit even R200 more gives me a "you have exceeded your daily deposit limit " Error.

I have sent pics and e-mails and support chatss etc...nobody is capable of even understanding what my complaint is.

They reply with standard nonsensical answers as if I'm an illiterate.

Moleboheng was the last genius that didn't help me.

Just an update,

Finally this evening I got help from someone from the payments team who not only understood my complaint but helped me fix it up immediately.

The solution was to delete my browser history and to clear cookies...

Hopefully this might help someone that experiences similar issue.

.....gave the site a test drive with their rather small Xmas bonus.....and did not encounter any problems.... but what happened to their tote portal....can't seem to find it...huh

Reported this issue to them, as I have the same frustration. NO SHOW
