but hibernia what you pay for anything from gardener to md has a list of job output what is measured. why is a agent no different. i just ask question, i have no problem with gp. so to me what make sense is you pay per horse win or bonus for grade race or maybe you pay percent of profit?

I guess the best end to the story would be for the clever agent to buy u a horse for 200k and he takes 50% to show how clever and confident he is?

When I take a guest to the game reserve there is no guarantee that theyl see the big 5, even if they see 1 of the big 5 they must stil pay me because we can't for certain know where theyl be in the hundreds of km of bush, if you hire an advocate and he loses the case will you pay him flash harry?

Could somebody please tell flash harry how much green monkey cost and how many races he won!

We went whale watching in St Lucia and the skipper guaranteed our money back if we did not see any whales. It was a real crap day weatherwise and we didnt see any whales for ages and the skipper said he stuck to his word, and then as we going back in we saw some whales, yippee..

Nice one, unfortunately we can't kind as him because we drive almost 250km to get to the game reserve and also inform the clients before leaving there are no guarantees!

can be done, but a horse direct from a farm can have bigger problems
a) was not selected by sales company selectors due to conformation
b) a horse that has not seen a box needs extra attention at least at sales you can see if a horse settles in a box, an unsettled horse needs extra attention a toy- car tyre, soccer ball or a sheep. Horses that stand well and switch off in a box tend to travel
well, and take to the gates better.
c) Breeders always feel they can get more in a bidding war. They will tag a horse with your offer and if not got at sale, it's yours
