THERE WAS A SITUATION IN DURBAN 6 OR 7 YEARS AGO WHEN A JOCK (WHO WAS WARNED OFF) LOST HIS SADLE BAG WEIGHTS AFTER A RACE THAT HIS HORSE HAD BEEN BACKED TO WIN . THE HORSE WAS SCRATCHED AND THE PUNTERS MONEY RETURNED. THAT IS NOT STRAIGHT . IT IS LIKE SAYING JOCKS DONT HAVE A BET.

BUT titch

if you too have been told that Muzi should NOT ride "a horse" as its not ready. You might use that info or even post it on this site (mazeltof) BUT the bloke at the tote IS NOT privy to that information

the biggest misconception in racing is that jockeys know when everything is going to win..absolute joke...when i worked for delpech id give punters a random double at 5/1 or something and then delpech would have a 10/1 winner and people say why didnt you give us that one why didnt delpech tell you its going to win...some of the nonsense is unbelievable..if jockeys all new what was going to win then why aren't they all being driven around in rolls royce's??? the only people who are, are the bookies >:D<

and as for graft mentioned earlier..anyone who punts relying on 'graft' will go out ! quick! fact is in every race there are atleast 3 or 4 trainers/jockeys if not more that think they going to go close..
