the carryovers are already have phumelela deduction safely banked and are used as the honey to attract bigger pots which are also then deducted. these carryovers always generate much bigger pools than is the mormal and it is clear this is one of the main reason this stupidity is taking place. revitalisation of these bet is the big bull shit story
