You will never catch a P6 in the EC if you follow form and that is a FACT !! Mike is in a league of his own, nothing left to prove here @ home. Group races that's his game

i partially agree

if a horse is < 10/1 and has missed 3 weeks work....then surely if asked a trainer should say and I would LISTEN
if a horse is < 5/2 and is (in the trainers opinion 50% fit ) and this is for a prep then if asked he should say and i would listen

Lots can be said however races are not run on paper.

whats the whole deal that trainers run there horses just to get a run in and if it surprises then they expected a decent showing.

Opinions.

Mike is Top draw however the punter sometimes need the info example fitness, distance questions, working companions, jockeys feel just adds to the punting experiencing.

Maybe its just me but I have hit some good bets when I was told the horse is very well and worked with so and so and should win then the stable punts it which often shows confidence.

So what's the differrence,a gamble is a risk you take, whether you listen or not to what's presented to you!So I rather follow my own form ratings.
They can keep b/s teletrack, and laugh all the way to the vault!

In this game if you don't have info you cannot be a winner, the best info comes from the people working the horses and the trainers. I have seen horses that look unbeatable on paper get beaten by horses where the word has been out on.

some useless info just for interest sake

Mike talked about the mare Europa Point, when she won her maiden my filly Russian Artist ran second and the computaform said "beat weak field" , well RA won her next race by 3 lengths and eventually won 5 races and EP went on to win a grade 1

RA was from the same female line as Sovereign Seas.

Even my granny can pick a winner with or without form. However, if you are punting for the long run, your money management skills are paramount...
