The fact that you hope I had my trousers taken speaks more about you as a person than the results of today. What have I ever done to you ?
Celebrate wildly tonight and spend it while you can. I would hate for you to piss it up over the next few days. Mugs like you are a bookmakers dream !
Sorry to take a swipe at you but it was deserved, well deserved !
Lucky you Harris, getting to speak to bookmakers, maybe I was a bit over the top with the trousers eulogy.I must have mistaken you for Harris the bookmaker.apologies
It's on going battle with bookies, what they lay and so on,not going to bore everyone with my gripe.

Loopy 5k of a horse is a claim not on a horse
Eg 20/1 xR250

A few people seem to be assuming that the double was taken in South Africa only, I think that highly unlikely but, if that is the case, then it was a pretty sh1t thought out coup!

Dave no hard feelings ! Personal banter is good sometimes. I share your frustration with bookmakers but some do give excellent service too.

Guys
It is precisely a day like today at Kimberley that proves my point about the need for a bet like Scoreline as one or more punters would have won today, guaranteed, plus the operator would have got their carry over with all of us in the run for another shot at it tomorrow.
What can be better and more fair in a multi-leg format than paying out the best performance on the day using a methodology where in the absence of beating the system on the day you only have to beat your fellow competitors.
How many times don't you find a number of outsiders only to walk away with nothing as you could not find them all. It's happened to all of us which is why longer format bets has not yet reached its full potential.

Jockey booking telegraphed the fact that these horses had chances. TT presenters alerted all that
Cheyne had bothered to pitch up for the 2 rides.
If you missed out, too bad. Put it in your memory bank for next time.

Well done to them pulling off what was clearly a masterpiece of a betting coup,
That does not mean that it is utterly WRONG though.... And extremely unfair to allow these things to happen and CERTAINLY devastating to the industry in the long run...trust is earned...this kind of thing is not good for the industry doesn't matter how you look at it.
This is the best betting coup (double) that I have come to know
