Sanity prevails it seems. I wonder if this had not got the publicity that it did on this forum, whether the same outcome would have been achieved?

I believe "P" had no option but to reject .................they manage both Western and Eastern Cape!
Just like Gold Circle would not be allowed to endorse a proposal that prevented Durban trainers "raiding" Pmb!!!!
