If this source is credible and by saying this, I under no circumstances condone what he said to Larry but it once again just confirms to me that Larry is absolutely at fault here for retaliating.
Does he honestly believe he is the first man in a position of power to be heckled? It takes a real man to walk away from confrontation when you are in the public eye.
I'm sorry this had to happen and it is overall not great for racing but you cannot react to being taunted in this way........

Less said the better. Unacceptable behaviour on both sides.

Politicians get heckled all the time. Sportsman/women get abused and thrown insults for bad results. Saw more grandstand jockeys verbally abusing trainers and jockeys when an odds on favorite looses but never saw a fist fight.
Once you hold a seat of power, it comes with protocol and etiquette that you need to abide to unless you are Vince Mcmahon!!!!

I saw Larry Wainstein walking out the parade ring when I was at least five to six metres away from him in a red suit. I pointed to him and called him a ‘c**k’ and a *c**t’.
I can't figure out what letters the * represent - can anyone help me out?
Why did this man do this? was he dared? agenda? motive? (conspiracy theories...)

NHA: Wainstein Guilty Of ‘Serious Offence’
The National Horseracing Authority confirms that an Inquiry was heard at its offices in Johannesburg on 22 June 2016 into the alleged assault involving Mr Larry Wainstein, who is the CEO of The Racing Association and another party, outside the parade ring, after the running of Race 9 run at the Turffontein Racecourse on 30 April 2016.
Mr Wainstein was charged with a contravention of Rule 72.1.26 in that he conducted himself in an improper manner whilst on racecourse property on 30 April 2016.
Mr Wainstein pleaded guilty to the charge and was found guilty of the charge.
