Tks....will nominate for both and check the draws....we came from too far back with the short run in.....but at least we were there in the finish,not like some learned racegoers predicted!!!

Got a bit of a racing hang over though. Terribly dissapointed with the run of Buy and Sell. I must also say congratulations to Dancer Daughter and the connections Brilliant and yes I have been eating humble pie all day. I have a mate who called staright away to say I TOLD YOU SO. Well done Justin Snaith and all the connnections. Take back everything that I posted about her. Definitely "pissing in the wind."

I did previously post that I wouldnt mind if Pocket Power won the race to prove that he truely is one of the best of all times. Well done to Pocket Power Mike Bass and all the connections Truely a wonderful achievement.

All and all a great day. Exposed my wife to the wonders of racing for the first time. Well done Gold Circle for again producing an excellent event.

Hey mate,shud have given paul a shout and we could have met.....let us know when u come racing again...will be up on the 20th july and 2nd aug.We had a Peg and Pocket dbl....bookies halved the payout with the deadheat....6 out of the first 8 were cape horses...at least Pocket broke the jinx.

I was trying to contact Paul on my Vodacom Cellphone but being Vodacom July day there was no signal anywhere. Had a great day and have just watched the replay. Links very impressive. I did manage to wish Greg well before the race whilst he was in the parade ring. I said "Hey Greg go win the race." Almost worked.

Well done again you can definitely be proud of the effort.
