This jock makes so few mistakes it is almost unbelievable.

Every horse he rides is given the best possible chance,and they generally win if good enough.It really is hard to recall the errors that this man makes.

Well done Anton,you deserve the title of best jockey in SA.

Agree 100% - He rides every horse to win and you always get a run for your bucks. Be terrible when he goes.

Off to Aus -

Anton a true sportsman - takes his proffession seriously and like all top sportsman, plays to win. Many jocks out their because "its a job" and it seems quite a few dont aim to be the best and the od win is good enough.

Anton Marcus is a brilliant jockey!
I hold a candle in the window for this kid Richard Fourie. I think he may just be the next big thing in SA racing. Hope we can keep him in SA with his "boss" Basil Marcus going to Singapore.

Anton is that rarest of birds...an actual world class Jewish athlete!

We always joke that the smallest volume in the local library is the one listing members of the Jewish Athletic Hall of Fame!

There are some good Apprentice's around,but I think that D Mansour has that special something that Fortune,Strydom,,Marcus,Khan etc have...if he keeps feet on ground I think he will be a "great"
