Whats the difference between No Ball @ 35/1 and No Ball @ 40/1? :-)

Dev, why should it matter how the four runs came about?

Thanks Karma. We actually picked that up as it is the market for the game on Monday Morning and will be rectified immediately. One of the options are meant to be "Wicket"

It shouldn't unless there are separate markets for separate events as there was in this case.

maybe it is easier to look at it like a rugby match... first points...
1- try
2- penalty try
3 - drop kick
4 - converted try
etc
if you score a try but it is a penalty try then obviously the other selections did not come to fruition including "TRY"
the bookmaker clearly defined leg byes as a means of scoring runs and that is the actual manner in which the points were scored if they had not defined that then he would have a case.

Another ill informed rant, why is this allowed? I am not a Hollywood customer and have no reason to defend them. In my opinion, the very handy help offered by Dev, is now being abused. Uncalled for and unfair.

Please guys, use the PM option and stop making yourselves look like idiots even if you clearly are. Ignorance of the rules when having a bet is not an excuse

This is actually worse than just a rant on a forum, when someone googles Hollywood this headline will be pulled through and is very harmful

What do I do ? We can't stop posting about bookmakers , do I ban bookmakers names from forum titles?

Instead of saying HW or WSB are blah blah just say "Dispute with bookie " ?

Thoughts ?

you are in charge, you decide whats best for your forum. Loopy has a habit of opening threads complaining about bookies when bets dont go his way. If it were me i would bin this particular thread but i dont think that you will Prove me wrong.

To me a four is a four is a four, leg byes, over throws, runs, wides, you are betting on the amount of runs not how they are attained there are other bets just for that. Grey area again in the favour of the bookies.....
