A typical case of shut the small noise down as it could become a loud noise which others read and start doubting and when that happens people tend to leave and go elsewhere with their business. This is how big firms work, lose one big player rather than lose 100 small players.

Just to clarify BOB to get the facts straight...there was only 1 other time and that was when they got the odds wrong due to incompetence again on the Bordeaux Beagles match where they swopped the draw and win prices.. I had around 30 bets with Bordeaux to win multiples on that price and when they realized their incompetence they just cancelled Bordeaux out of all the multiples, in error since that was their mistake not mine that obviously made quite a difference to the bottom line

They subsequently then fixed their second mistake and brought Bordeaux back into all the multiples that was won and paid out albeit a lessor amount of what I got at most other bookies for the Bordeaux win .. so those are the facts of the matter again ... IF and that a BIG IF they would not act incompetently and make mistakes or allow grey areas then I would have had no gripe with them... but subsequently the bully tactics thereafter... imo it just shows bad character...
