Royal Durban made a tidy sum out of the July this year - Not only rented out the car park to GC but also the club house for in excess of 500K

The development will also include an 8ha wetland which will be fully rehabilitated.

I suppose this also implies that the unique Clairwood lily will be saved... yay...
