Give it a rest guys, good luck to Mr. Brugman, may he land many more coups and have success, after-all, that's the aim of gambling.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

Anyway, back to transparency... I'm still strumming my fingers calmly waiting for someone to explain to me why they think "connections" should not have to advise punters (early) that a horse will be in need of the run or similar...?

Or, they could explain to me why I and many others should keep investing our money in something that simply fails to provide sufficient basic information to enable us to come up with a confident solution to the many and varied puzzle each race represents?

PS Anyone who tells me to fark off to a casino needs a brain transplant, imh and most friendly opinion ;)

It is way beyond the time that times need changing Bob. People need to start making their voices heard and forcing change. Way too much apathy. The minimal amount of information provided by "connections" to punters in SA racing is both madness and imho ethically wrong. The powers that be need to force this issue into practice and then monitor it etc to help improve accountability also. They will lose far more punters than they gain until it is done. Seriously, the current scenario is just plain wrong. We are backing horses almost completely blind only, in some cases, to be told way too late that it was a foregone conclusion we were wasting our money. It is that simple. We are simply throwing money away. And I for one am not prepared to continue doing so for much longer and by the sounds of it there are plenty like me. If anyone thinks this is talking sh1t then you are simply part of the problem, I do not understand your mentality in the slightest, it is wrong, wrong, wrong and it has to change.

E, in your opinion how would you suggest the info (you need) gets to you ?
I just think there would be to many gaps in this info, because of volume and logistics.

Trainers post a comment on each horse to a central database and its posted on a website or printed out. Would take a trainer 5min max.
