Business slow today no2son ?

I see Hearts just beat Dinamo Zagreb 2-0. For 2 bonus points, who rode Cockle Strand when it defeated both the field and the penalty of your money on its back to win the Scottish National ?

Magic, Hurst Park and Gatwick were also London based courses who are now sadly defunct. www.moleseyhistory.co.uk/books/molesey/tm/tm_19.htm

Thanks for those lists, hib and Scotia. Sorry I didn't respond sooner but I don't have Internet at home.

Hurst Park and Alexandra Park ("Ally Pally") were the defunct London-area tracks that I was referring to earlier. Alexandra Park must have been a bit of an interesting course - I remember reading somewhere that it was in the shape of a frying pan!

BTW, I see that Great Leighs is still classified as a "current" course....maybe there's hope for it yet!

You are living in a Dream World hibby. She is due to drop a foal by Mogok mid October. Any thoughts on a name.
