why is it taking so long for this equipment too be installed at our racecourses or is this just another promise that is not being delivered to us by the games 2 administrators?it was meant to be installed at greyville for champions day end of july last season and we have started the new season already..

Trying to find out more. They were doing test here at Summerveld a week ago I think it was. Also experimenting with camera's on helmets some time I gather. Will come back to you.

I reckon I could put together a fairly sophisticated model in a few months for less than half a bar per track. One could even have subscribers who receive the sectionals on their mobiles seconds after the race.... I was looking at trying to put a basic package to sell to trainers at one stage for training purposes. Then I heard sectional timing was imminent so canned it

I managed to listen but , my hearing is not as good as it used to be :)

They still need the go ahead , but the jist of it is there is already 3 towers at Greyville , and they will be using the grs system until the last 400m when a new fancy tagging system kicks in
