The truth of the matter it is the PUNTER at fault
how many times have you heard "I cant win when that guy backs the same horse as me" or "this tote is the stiffest place on the planet I cant win here" and Casino jargon this Dealer is very unlucky for me,this machine simply doesnt pay... and then the Mutha of all excuses The jockey is a thief...in all the scenarios there is just 1 common denominator ..a punter making the wrong choices

Here is an interesting quote by Barry Hills .
A comment to Racing Post summed up his attitude: “This is a game of intrigue and fascination. It is respectable skullduggery – you don’t have to cheat with them but the way people run horses, perhaps over the wrong trip or at the wrong time, is all part of the skill. This shouldn’t be a game designed for idiots.’’

W. Agrella refuse to ride Forest Digger few minutes before the start of the race.
Kendall Minnie was the replacement jockey, (imo W. Agrella is more experienced & a stronger jock than the replacement rider) Forest Digger ran 3rd only 0,75 lengths behind Cool Conqueror.
Our toothless authorities need to set an example with W. Agrella by suspending him from riding. It seem like racing is run by amateurs, the rest of the world see this insubordination by this jock in the parade ring & immediately ask the question 'do jockeys control racing in S.A.'

news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/horse_racing/16186624.stm
Four jockeys are among 11 people to have been found guilty of corruption by the British Horseracing Authority.
Paul Doe and Greg Fairley face bans of up to 25 years after being found guilty of "not riding a horse to its merits".
Kirsty Milczarek and Jimmy Quinn were found guilty of committing "corrupt or fraudulent" practices, while Milczarek was also found to have passed on information for reward.
Paul Fitzsimons, now a trainer, was cleared of all charges.
The verdicts were delivered on Wednesday as the BHA published the findings of its long-running investigation into race-fixing in 2009.
The BHA disciplinary panel also found owners Maurice "Fred" Sines and James Crickmore guilty of betting against a horse they owned.
Five others - Nick Gold, Peter Gold, Shaun Harris, David Kendrick and Liam Vasey - were also found guilty of "corrupt or fraudulent practice".
With the exception of Doe and Fairley, all those found guilty could be banned for up to 10 years.
Darren May was found not to be in breach of any rules.
The investigation centred on horses being backed to lose races on betting exchanges between 17 January and 15 August 2009.
Milczarek vowed to appeal against the verdict.
Her charges relate to her ride aboard Obe Gold at Lingfield on 15 August 2009.
Trained at the time by Debbie Mountain, Milczarek finished fifth on the even-money favourite in a six-furlong race.
She told At The Races: "I've just spoken to my solicitor a couple of times. We are going for an appeal. It's my livelihood.
"I was found guilty on one particular thing but not a ride, which I'm pleased about."
